Time to build in fat burning routines

Yes, we crave fat as winter approaches. A couple of pounds {lbs} is not a bad idea, but the foods we munch on these so called “Down Time Phases” can haunt us come the New Year. So train up, build in light weights & flexibility ; It will only hurt a little…..happy bodies make happy hearts !
